Bell Canada's data analytics team delivered dashboards and insights to senior executives. Technically strong, they needed new approaches to ensure those dashboards communicated clearly, supported decision-making, and aligned with executive needs.
A week-long UX training program: two days of theory — core UX principles, design thinking, and dashboard usability — followed by three days of applied work, where participants took on active business challenges, rapidly prototyped improved dashboards, and presented their findings for feedback.

Participants completed both the theory and the hands-on build, leaving with prototypes for real executive dashboards and a shared UX vocabulary they could carry back into the team.
Senior leadership later confirmed the frameworks and methods were folded into mainstream practice and kept in use years after the program — improving dashboard quality and instilling a culture of UX-informed decision support across the analytics team.
