During the COVID-19 pandemic, Humber River Hospital needed a digital way to monitor patients remotely and support virtual care for nearly a million residents.
I worked with Humber River's embedded tech team to design a user-friendly platform that let patients and providers track health data, manage appointments, and receive early alerts — all from home.

We focused on a simple, intuitive interface that turned real-time data and AI insights into actionable information for patients and medical staff alike, helping deliver care safely and efficiently.
The platform played a key role in Humber River's COVID-19 response, supporting virtual monitoring through a hard period — a clear demonstration of how thoughtful UX can serve public health.
