Challenge

Brizi, now AmplifiCam, lets fans control remote stadium cameras from their phones for professional quality photos from their seats. The experience needed validation in the real world: usability, emotional impact, and shareability in the noise of a live game.

Approach

We led user research in the wild: first person testing, guerrilla sessions at a Toronto Blue Jays game, live trials in a hockey arena, and interviews with 10 user groups across photo and video capture.

Results

Fans loved controlling the cameras and the interactivity of the experience. The research pinpointed exactly where it broke down: unclear recording cues, confusing save options, and weak motivations to share.

Impact

The findings gave Brizi a concrete roadmap for adoption and engagement, grounded in how fans actually behave in the stands.
