Field Trip Health
Brand and digital strategy for a leader in ketamine-assisted therapy, where every touchpoint had to communicate trust, hope, and scientific rigour.

Field Trip was pioneering ketamine-assisted therapy, a treatment most patients had never encountered. Fresh off a major private raise, they needed every touchpoint, from first web visit to in-clinic experience, to communicate the same message: this is safe, credible, and grounded in science.
We led a thorough brand and product development process spanning strategy, communication, web, and product design. Patient data and ongoing field research validated the design decisions, so the brand educated as much as it reassured.

A coherent identity and digital experience across all patient touchpoints, built to make an unfamiliar treatment feel understandable and trustworthy from the first interaction.
The work helped position Field Trip as an industry leader in a space where patient trust is the whole game, and showed how design can carry the burden of education in emerging healthcare.
