Lane built an integrated platform for property teams to run communications, services, and tenant experiences across commercial buildings. As the company scaled and features multiplied, the product needed stronger structure, visual consistency, and clarity to sustain growth.
Working alongside Lane's product and executive teams, we set product OKRs, audited the critical user pathways, and modernized interface patterns across the platform, streamlining the experience for tenants and property managers on a more flexible UX foundation.
The redesigned platform carried Lane into its Techstars demo day and supported expansion into new enterprise markets, with smoother feature rollouts for teams managing multiple properties.
Lane went on to substantial growth and was acquired by VTS for $200M, a reminder of what UX investment at the right moment is worth.
