Scotiabank's teams were building dashboards for executives that carried plenty of data but suffered from clarity and usability problems, slowing quick, confident decision making. The bank wanted UX methods its people could apply immediately.
We designed and facilitated a hands on, single day workshop: a morning of UX fundamentals and dashboard design best practices, then an afternoon applying those concepts to an active project, prototyping improvements and testing new approaches in real time.
Participants left with practical improvements ready to deploy on a live project, plus repeatable UX frameworks the team could keep using.
Working on real work made the training stick: the deliverables shipped, and the frameworks created a ripple effect in dashboard usability across the organization.
